I concur work with Jean Lave and Etienne Wenger in their effort to progress the situated theory, by which learners get knowledge when they mingle with the community members at work. This is the reality because if I can give my own example, I remember when professor Curt was giving us the directions on how to upload our photos and to create production 0ne to nine, it was like a dream to my side until I wrote to him/prof, that it is ‘tough today men!’ I witness today that there is power in practicing with others.
